Kirkaya Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

By using the Kirkaya platform (website and mobile app), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms govern your relationship with Kirkaya. Kirkaya reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, but members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Kirkaya is an internationally licensed gaming operator. We follow responsible gaming practices and comply with international regulatory standards.

To open an account with Kirkaya, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. Kirkaya may request KYC documents at any time.

Kirkaya currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• There are no additional fees on deposits. Payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming and betting purposes only. Use for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Each deposit must be made from a mobile number registered under the account holder's name.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile number. Payments to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals flagged as suspicious may be temporarily held pending verification.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Kirkaya:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed due to a technical error in the odds, kirkaya reserves the right to void that bet.
• Pre-match bets placed after a match has kicked off will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled due to suspected fixing, all bets will be refunded.
• In-play betting odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.

Each bonus offer on Kirkaya comes with its own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available once only and is exclusively for new members.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements. Full details are listed on each bonus page.
• Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Some bonuses apply only to specific sports or markets – see the promotions page for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kirkaya platform:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Betting via software bots or automated methods.
• Account hacking or use of another person's credentials.
• Exploiting another person's account through deception.
• Payment method fraud.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed, funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Kirkaya may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed and data will be retained in accordance with our privacy policy.

Kirkaya firmly believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. With that in mind, we provide a number of tools to help:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: The maximum amount you may bet at any one time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account entirely for 6 months or 1 year.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet result or payment, please follow the steps below to file a complaint:

1. Start by raising your complaint via support chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate your complaint to kirkaya's compliance team. A response will be provided within 7 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with Kirkaya's decision, you may file a complaint with the licensing authority.
